Housing
Residence halls close at 5:00 pm, Saturday, December 20th, 2014.
Residence halls re-open at 9:00 am, Saturday, January 24th, 2015.
If you plan to leave the campus during Winter Break, please refer to the winter Residential Life Closing Memo.
If you would like to remain on campus after December 20th during Winter Break or Wintersession, you must apply for on-campus housing. Winter housing will be provided at Bates, Freeman or McAfee. Please complete and submit the Winter Housing Request Form.

Bike share program: Bike Share will close on December 18, so students should return bikes by next week. Students can sign up for the spring semester here.
Food Options
Meal plan dining ends on December 20th, 2014. The last meal of fall semester will be lunch on Saturday, December 20th, 2014 in Pomeroy Hall. The Bates Dining Room and Emporium will be open to purchase during Wintersession. Students can purchase points at The Emporium and the Bates dining hall cash register. Meal costs are as follows: breakfast $5.25, lunch $7.50 and dinner $8.50.

Alternatively, students can opt for online shopping at Roche Brothers. There is a delivery fee for this type of grocery purchase. More information can be found here:
Slater House Hours
Slater International Center will be closed from Thursday, December 25th to Sunday, January 4th. The house will remain open to international students via basement kitchen door access, please contact campus police for the key. Please note that staff will not be available for advising during that time.
For your convenience, the kitchen will be stocked with snacks and tea. Please feel free to bring your own food to prepare and use the space as your home away from home.
