The QAI runs a summer course, primarily designed for students involved in the science or social science summer research programs. This course is equivalent to QR 260, another course in Applied Data Analysis offered during the year.
During the school year, the QAI offers two courses focused on causal inference. QR 170 is a First Year Seminar previously offered in Fall 2013, aimed at students with little or no statistical background. This course may be brought back in the future. Econ 309/QR 309/Soc 319 is a spring course aimed at upper-level students from a variety of disciplines who have completed previous coursework in statistics.
Currently the QAI is in the progress of creating online modules based on these courses. The QAI is also developing a wintersession course and other courses that may enrich the use of statistics at Wellesley.
Wellesley's Quantitative Reasoning program also offers quantitative courses across the curriculum.
