Can I visit campus?

Wellesley College campus is currently closed to the public. Only Wellesley College registered vehicles are permitted to park in campus parking lots. 

The College and neighbors in private residences have also closed the privately owned walking path around Lake Waban to the public. Only faculty, staff, and students (no guests) are welcome to walk on Wellesley College’s portion of the lake path, and around campus, while maintaining social distance.

Parking is restricted by the town along Route 135, Route 16, and Pond Road. Visitors will be asked to leave immediately.

Can alumnae audit classes?
Due to the course structure necessitated by Covid-19 conditions, course auditing will not be open to alumnae in Fall 2020 or Spring 2021. We look forward to re-opening this opportunity to alumnae when circumstances allow. 
How do I report an alumna death and/or submit a memorial to the magazine?

To officially report that an alum has died, please notify the College by sending a link to an obituary (or an email or call from a family member of the deceased) to or 800.339.5233. To submit a 100-word memorial for the magazine, send it to Lisa Scanlon Mogolov ’99 at Deadlines for each issue are:

How can I report news for a Class Notes column?

Please send your updates to your class secretary at the email address at the top of the column in the magazine. (Format is; just sub in your four-digit class year.) The secretary’s deadlines for copy are listed below, so please reach out before those dates.

How do I request extra copies of the magazine?

If you need a replacement issue of the current magazine or of any other, please email

The magazine staff will process requests as soon as they are able, and it will likely be until at least the middle of August until replacement issues can go out.

The summer ’20 issue of the magazine will mail on July 30 and the online version will be available at the end of the following week.

Please also be aware that international mail to some areas of the world is particularly slow and sometimes unreliable during this period.
