We hope that you will use Embark to begin to nurture a community of support among peers through engaging and interactive activities and conversations intended to encourage your curiosity, flexibility, persistence, risk-taking, and optimism.

This is a great place to start your career exploration, and we'll have fun along the way!

All Embark participants will also be eligible to apply for our summer 2024 SHort Internship Projects (SHIPs). SHIPs are short-term experiences that are designed by unbundling long-term internships and separating out individual projects. These are great opportunities for first-year students to learn new skills, make connections with our alums and employers, and try out something new during their first summer. First-year students will have early access for our summer 2024 SHIPs if they complete Embark. More information to be provided in the spring semester.
