Bill Gannon, Diplomat in Residence for New England has served 21 years with the U.S. State Department, most recently as the Special Agent in Charge of the Diplomatic Security Service Boston Field Office. He visited 50 countries in a two year span while serving as a Supervisory Special Agent on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s Protection Detail.

Ambassador (ret.) Mark C. Storella was a United States Foreign Service Officer for over three decades serving as Ambassador to Zambia, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees, and Migration, and Dean of the Leadership and Management School of the Foreign Service Institute. Amb. Storella is a Harvard College graduate and currently serves as Professor of the Practice of Diplomacy at the Boston University Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies.
