NIH Bioethics Post-Baccalaureate Fellowships - direct application deadline

Eligible: applicants for the post-baccalaureate fellowship must have an undergraduate or master’s degree completed no more than 3 years prior to the start date of the fellowship for a bachelor’s and no more than 6 months prior for a master’s. Only U.S. citizens or U.S. Legal Permanent Residents are eligible for post-baccalaureate fellowships. NAACP LDF Marshall-Motley Scholars Program - expected direct application deadline

Eligible are graduating seniors and graduates, those who will have finished their bachelor's degrees and be admitted, or expect to be admitted, to an ABA-accredited law school as a first-year, full-time law student to begin in the fall of the calendar year of application. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and intend to pursue a career in Civil Rights law, and, if awarded, will work full-time in pursuit of racial justice in a southern state for a period of 8 years immediately following the fellowship portion of the MMSP.

Mississippi Teacher Corps - regular admittance direct application deadline

Eligible: rising seniors from any majors except education from any country with significant course work in math, science, English, or social studies; minimum GPA 3.0.

The Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC) selects exceptional college graduates to teach in high-poverty public schools in Mississippi. Each year, MTC accepts between 25-35 candidates.  Due to the size of the program, MTC can offer individualized support. All participants move as a cohort through each stage of the training and coursework.

People who apply before the early admittance deadline will know before January 1st if they have been accepted into the program.  The final application deadline for the 2022 cohort will be in April 2022.

Eligible: Ph.D. or Sc.D. degree candidates in a dissertation-required program, who are U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents, as well as individuals granted deferred action status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program, political asylees, and refugees.
