Adding and Removing Proxies

Definition: A proxy is an individual that you assign who can approve timesheets on your behalf in your absence.

Getting Started for adding or removing a proxy:
  1. Login to MyWellesley with your Domain Username and Password.*
  2. Select the Employment Services tab at the top of your screen.
  3. Locate the Time Approval channel in the center column and select "Update Approval Proxies."

To add a proxy:
  1. Click on the arrow on the last box under Name. This list sorted by last name will show you all of the employees who are eligible to be proxies.
  2. Select the person that you want to add as your proxy. **
  3. Click on the Add button next to the name.
  4. Then click on Save located on the bottom left of the screen.
  5. You will then see that the person has been added as your proxy.
 
To remove a proxy:
  1. Click on the box under the Remove column of the person you wish to delete as your proxy.
  2. Then click on Save located on the bottom left of the screen.
  3. You will then see that the person has been removed as your proxy.

**NOTE: If you do not see the name of the person you want to add as your proxy, please email Bethann Coppi or Juanita Brown to request that the name be added.The following information is required in order to ensure that we add the correct person:
  • Banner ID (begins with A or B)
  • Full Name
  • User Name

Please allow 2 business days to add the person to the list.
