Billing and Payment
Wellesley College sends out monthly Billing Notifications. Billing Notifications are sent in lieu of bills and are delivered electronically to the student’s and any authorized third party user’s email address. The Fall 2021 bill is due August 6, 2021. Student account activity may be reviewed at any time after July 7, 2021 by logging into Workday. Additional changes may occur through the semester and Workday should be reviewed regularly. Fall 2021 payment plans are availble on July 7th.
You can access your student account information and additional instructions by logging into Workday via your MyWellesley portal. Click the Workday icon at the top of your screen or click the Student Self-Service tab and go to Workday for Students.
For Third Party Users
You can access the student account by logging into Workday. For more information and detailed instructions, please visit the Workday website. If you experience trouble logging in, please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Methods of Payment
While check payments are still accepted by mail and in person, we encourage families to save the postage and pay by eCheck online. 529 disbursements should also be sent by check to our office. If you chose to mail a check, please use the "print student statement" function in Workday and include a copy with your check. You may send your payment to:

ACH Bank Transaction
One-time ACH bank transactions are available via Nelnet Enterprise Solutions through the Workday portal. There is no fee associated with the transaction.
Debit / Credit Card
One-time debit and credit card payments are available via Nelnet Enterprise Solutions through the Workday portal. A 2.99% fee will be charged at the time of transaction.
