Employer/Graduate School Event Policies (2022-23 Academic Year)

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event for Wellesley College students. Please note that these event policies apply to any external organization with an expressed interest in hosting an in-person/virtual information session for students (and recent graduates) of Wellesley College.

At least one month prior to the event, employers should:

After we receive details, Career Education will assist with event promotion in the following ways: 

  • Advertise via weekly event digest message (sent to all students)
  • Share details with industry advisors who can incorporate into newsletters
  • If applicable, communicate details to relevant student organizations/clubs
  • Please note that you are also welcome and encouraged to send targeted outreach messages to students via Handshake or any other communication channels
