Geology by Lightplane
A website that contains series of photos taken by lightplane of many geologically significant sights in the Western United States. These photos are in color and were originally taken by a professor of the University of Wisconsin. You can read more about that story here .

Jet Propulsion Institute
Part of NASA, an institution website that contains a lot of data and images gathered by NASA pertaining to the Earth and various oceanographic and geographic discoveries. Contains interactive features as well as podcasts.

U.S. Geological Survey
