Poster Printing Service

Requesting a Print

Students who would like to print large format posters can submit their documents via our Poster Printing Request Google Form or by copy and pasting the following URL into your browser: https://forms.gle/G1RqhpRCXqCLzNey5. You will receive a copy of your responses, and the Copy Center team will be in touch if there are any questions or issues with your submission. This form will only accept PDF files.

For quick turnaround times, please plan accordingly. During high-demand print times such as Tanner, Ruhlman, and the summer research poster session, we may be experiencing a high volume of posters. Please specify your due date.

Payment

The Copy Center accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check made out to "Collegiate Press", and budget number. Payment can be made at the Copy Center.

Pick Up

Once a poster has been printed and is ready for pick up, the patron will receive an email from the Copy Center, located on the first floor of Green Hall. Posters will be labeled with the patron's name and available for pick up  anytime the Copy Center is open.

What happens if there's something wrong with the file I submit?

Our team checks your submission to make sure that the dimensions you'd like the poster printed in match the file's size. If there are any issues, we will reach out to you directly to figure out the best solution. This might mean you will need to edit your file, and resend it to us via the email thread. This will ensure you are not charged twice.

We do not check for content accuracy or other design elements.

If you notice any issues (such as typos, incorrect graphs, etc.) after you've submitted the form, contact us at once. If your poster has already been printed and you would like it reprinted, you will be charged for a second print.
