Thank you for your interest in recruiting at Wellesley College. Our Employer Engagement team in Career Education looks forward to working with you to create a customized recruiting plan, tailored to your company or organization's goals. This can include, but is not limited to, posting and promotion of employment and internship opportunities for students and alumnae, participation in industry-specific boutique career fairs, facilitation of recruiting events, and conducting student interviews.

Fall 2023
Our In-Person Fall 2023 Career Fair will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 3-6pm EST. This fair is specifically focused on Business, Consulting, Finance, Marketing, and STEM career fields.
Employer registration is now available on Handshake (and has recently been extended until Friday, August 18, 2023 at 5pm EST) for employers who are offering summer internships, full-time roles, or both kinds of opportunities (in any of these fields).
