Wellesley students are extremely motivated with high levels of integrity and work ethic. They take advantage of their available resources to solve complex problems. The students are always asking intelligent questions so they understand the bigger pictures that the analysis they are completing is a part of. Hosting Your Career Education Recruiting Event on Campus

Each institution and student population is different, and over the years through analysis of employer and student feedback, common themes have emerged when engaging our students. We’d love to share these best practices with you in order to help you make the most of your time on campus. Regardless of whether you choose to host an on campus information session, industry specific networking event, tabling, or coffee chat, you will have the opportunity to work with both your designated Career Community Advisor as well as our Program Director for Employer Engagement who will assist you in creating a custom recruiting strategy that best meets your company needs.

“I wanted to work at a big corporation that tries to help people every single day through financial services. That’s something I’m passionate about — helping the community. Because Mass Mutual’s values align with mine, I knew Mass Mutual was the perfect place for me.”
