Balancing career, family, and personal life can be challenging, especially if you're caring for a loved one's well-being in addition to your own. Wellesley College benefits eligible employees now have access to Wellthy, a caregiving support solution that meets you and your family wherever you are in your caregiving journey.
If you're navigating a care situation (e.g., finding childcare, caring for an aging parent, navigating a surgery, injury or new diagnosis) for yourself or a loved one, you can now turn to Wellthy for support.
Wellthy's care solution pairs a suite of digital tools in the Care Dashboard with human-touch support from a Wellthy Care expert who will help to guide you through priorities and who will take on administrative and logistical tasks on your family's behalf. Or, if you prefer to use the solution independently, simply create your Wellthy account to leverage self-service tools within the Care Dashboard and explore discussions in Wellthy Community.
Wellthy is available to help you care for yourself, or any of your love ones. This means parents, children, spouses, in-laws, siblings, neighbors, or anyone whose care needs are impacting your day-to-day life.

Here are some examples of how Wellthy can help:
- Coordinate providers. Your personal Care Coordinator can handle administrative tasks, like scheduling doctor appointments, identifying childcare providers, and arranging a move for an elderly parent into a care facility.
- Stay organized. The Care Project online dashboard has tools to help you plan ahead.
- Keep others in the loop. If there are others whom you want to keep informed with updates on your love one's status - siblings, family members, friends - Wellthy keeps everyone in the know with streamlined communications.
- Find community. Wellthy provides a community space for you to share stories with other caregivers and support each other.
