On May 31, Wellesley celebrated the class of 2020 in a virtual ceremony.
The celebration included remarks by senior speaker Sam Churchill, President Johnson, and members of the senior class council. Degrees were conferred upon 569 members of the class. Robin Chase ’80, the 2020 commencement speaker, and Hillary Rodham Clinton ’69 made surprise appearances during the virtual ceremony.
Wellesley looks forward to hosting an on-campus commencement for the class of 2020 in conjunction with its fifth reunion in June 2025.
