Due to the revised academic calendar for spring 2021, Senior Week activities will be spread out between the week between Term 3 and Term 4 as well as the end of the semester. Exams end Tuesday, June 1st. Spend this time with your fellow Wellesley seniors in preparation for Commencement. The Class Council sets the agenda for activities during this time and will be carefully planning events that meet all current safety protocols and guidelines. This is a time to enjoy reflection with your classmates after the semester ends and before commencement activities are under way. Please check your class Facebook page for more details as they are scheduled.
Plans for the class of 2021 are still being reviewed.
For a typical commencement: Seniors only, attendance is required. If you cannot attend, please notify your class dean in advance. Students should arrive to the senior line up location and walk the procession route with the Registrar's Office before finding your assigned seat at the ceremony site by 2:00 p.m. Rehearsal is a time to find your assigned seat, understand the flow of the ceremony, and who to look for on the day of commencement if you have any questions.
See the rest of the Commencement schedule on the Commencement homepage.
Due to reports of a possible data incident at Herff Jones, please contact Dean Black if you have not yet ordered your cap and gown. If you have already ordered, please monitor your payment card account statements and credit reports and report any unauthorized activity immediately to your financial institution.
If you have questions about Commencement attire, please email email@example.com.

2021 Special Circumstances
The academic calendar for spring 2021 was modified to reduce risk during the pandemic. Due to this change, grades may not be finalized until after the commencement ceremony. The Registrar's Office will mail diplomas to each eligible graduate. It is important to make sure you have an updated address on file to receive this mailing.
If you have a Bursar Hold on your account, we encourage you to resolve any holds before Commencement day. Please contact the Student Financial Services office. On Commencement Day, the Student Financial Office will be open in case there are any remaining outstanding charges. You will need to have the hold removed in order to receive your diploma.
Due to reports of a possible data incident at Herff Jones, we do not recommend ordering a yearbook at this time. If you have already ordered, please monitor your payment card account statements and credit reports and report any unauthorized activity immediately to your financial institution.
