The Computing Help Desk is open for remote phone & email support Monday-Thursday, 6:45am - 10pm & Friday 6:45am - 7pm when classes are in session during Fall 2020. We will be closed Thursday & Friday during Thanksgiving break.
Equipment pickup & returns at Clapp Library are via scheduled appointment only, through the Help Desk.

Get Media Project Help
- Knapp Center service desk provides audio/visual equipment rentals and is staffed every weekday by Knapp Interns who are trained to support available hardware and software.
