Incomplete Grades at the end of the Semester
At the end of each term, faculty need to fill out a form for each student who is taking an Incomplete.
- If the student subsequently completes the coursework, faculty can update the incomplete grade (follow the link for detailed instructions)
- If coursework is not completed by the beginning of the next major term, the grade will turn into a permanent incomplete

New or Revised Course Proposal
Faculty who wish to offer a brand new course, or are making significant revisions to the course content of an existing course must submit a New Course Form, to be reviewed by the Committee on Curriculum & Academic Policy (CCAP). The form is available via:
