Planning Your Visit
Special Collections is open to all Wellesley College students, faculty, and staff, and to visiting researchers whose work requires the use of its materials. Researchers without a Wellesley College ID must present a government-issued photo ID at the time of arrival and registration.
Due to the high volume of classes and researchers visiting Special Collections, we strongly encourage you to to contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment and discuss your research needs or provide us with a list of materials that you wish to examine. Please note that the records for all Special Collections materials are in the Wellesley College Library online catalog.
Please consult the Reading Room Policies prior to your visit. All Special Collections materials must be handled with great care to ensure their safety and preservation.
