The College has a support contract with Conway Office Solutions to support Xerox multi-function devices (MFDs) in academic and administrative departments. Please use the links below for instructions on setting up printing and scanning for the first time.  

If you need assistance with your MFD (including general questions, training requests, hardware problems such as jams, etc.), please contact Conway directly at (603)889-8563 and provide the ID Number located on your MFD. You can also submit service requests and supply orders online.  Students printing via Papercut in the Computing Labs/Libraries, please see these instructions instead.

Scan to email is available by searching the Address Book on your MFD.  You can also add a Favorite for quicker access.  Have a long list of addresses to add as Favorites?  Contact Conway to provide an Excel list of addresses.
